1. Confidentiality
All donations and the amount donated are confidential. The grant amounts to students are also confidential.
2. Tributes
Honorary and memorial tributes are welcome in any amount. If someone passes away, please consider a gift to the Foundation in that person’s name. A notice of your donation will be sent to the person you designate. The amount you donate will not be disclosed except at your request.
3. Perpetuity
Your donation to the Foundation will be invested for the long-term. Only 90 percent of the earnings from your donation will be spent for student scholarships in any year. This policy will ensure that your donation (and ten percent of the earnings) will last from generation to generation, helping deserving students finance their college education. The Foundation will grow each year due to compound interest.
4. Tax-Deductible
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. Any donation you give is exempt from federal and state income taxes to the extent permitted by law.
